All hands on deck!

Put down that boring bowl of cereal and create something delicious. All you need to do is preheat your oven to 350 degrees and then cut deep V’s into four demi sourdough baguettes. Unstuff the baguettes and set aside. Then place five eggs and 1/3 cup of heavy cream into a mixing bowl and lightly beat together. Whisk in four ounces of finely chopped and fried pancetta, three ounces of grated gruyere cheese, two thinly sliced green onions and a dash of salt and pepper. Divide and pour the mixture into each baguette boat and put them on a baking sheet.

Bake the boats for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. Season again with salt and pepper. Allow to cool for around five minutes before you cut and serve.

Now prepare to set sail into brunch heaven.
